Europe at Work

Europe at Work.

Kiviks Museum, Europeana and the National Antiquities Office in collaboration with SPF invite Kivik to Europe at Work!

The project is about interviews and documentation of work and working life. You who want to tell about your or your relative's working life are invited to participate in the project, which is a collaboration with cultural heritage institutions across Europe and which aims to provide a description of working memories from the 20th century. You are free to talk about the profession itself, or about personal experiences from working life. Everyone who participates must bring an object or a picture, which in some way represents your or your family's professional life. We will photograph the item/picture. The interview and the picture will become part of a European fundraising effort, and thus require your consent for it to be made public. Each interview takes approx. 45 minutes, including photography of the object/image. You don't have to be in the picture, if you don't want to. The interviews are conducted individually and not in groups. We offer coffee as a thank you for your contribution.
