Non-profit association Museum & Archive at Kivik
ToThe Kiviks Museum & Archives Foundationwork, there is a non-profit friendly association, where you can become a member and also get involved as a volunteer.Kivik's Countryside and Museum Associationwas founded by Ola Cappelin in 1947, and is today calledNon-profit association Museum & Archive at Kivik. The Vänföreningen has members at Kivik, in Sweden, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
All work at the museum is carried out in close cooperation between the Foundation and the non-profit association of friends. The association works on a non-profit basis to spread knowledge about the collections through tours, guided tours and lectures. The foundation's work consists of research, documentation and continued collection of objects and archives.
